Born in Paris and based in New York City, saxophonist and composer Jerome Sabbagh has shared the stage with the top jazz artists of our day. Sabbagh was named as a "Rising Stars" list for tenor saxophone by DownBeat in 2011. His collaborates include Paul Motian, Victor Lewis, Bill Stewart, Jeff Ballard, Greg Hutchinson, Billy Drummond, Justin Brown, among others.
As a leader, Sabbagh has recorded six albums, including the critically acclaimed albums North, Pogo and The Turn by his longstanding quartet with Ben Monder, Joe Martin and Ted Poor.
