Pablo Ablanedo

Pablo Ablanedo is an Argentine-born composer, pianist, and music educator. His intriguing compositions quickly engage listeners with their melodic dexterity and rich arrangements.

In 1996, he graduated with a diploma in Jazz Composition from Berklee College of Music, where he took part in the last courses taught by the legendary trumpet player Herb Pomeroy.  Ablanedo's artistic development has also been heavily inspired by the Argentinian pianist Susana Bonora, with whom he has been working with since the '80s.

Ablanedo currently lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with his wife, their twin daughters, and their basset hound Tosca.
